Scrappy Survey

This Survey tool has (n) a number of questionaries and customers can dynamically configure those questionaries from the Admin Panel and accordingly questionaries will display in Mobile Application where volunteer surveyors can download the app from Play Store and do the survey. From the Admin panel, customers can verify the submitted answers.

Admin Panel has the following features.

Manage Admin Users - A customer can add new admins, Edit their details, and also delete them. Admin users have the right to manage Questionaries, Surveyors, and School Surveys.

Manage Volunteer Surveyors - Listed down all volunteer participated users. Admin can edit their details and also deactivate their account.

Manage Questionaries - Admin can manage the Questionaries and can add new questions as needed.

School List - Whatever schools are added by the Surveyors will be listed down here. If an admin is required then he can edit the school details.

School Survey - Listed down the survey answers filled by Surveyors.

Mobile App has the following features.

Volunteer Surveyors - can create their accounts by email verification.

The main two modules are here.
1) Add New School and
2) School List of existing completed survey

Add a new school by adding filling up the following details.

Listed down school list filled up by login surveyor in the mobile application.

Edit school details if any corrections to do.

After adding the School, a surveyor can do a survey of that school, and questions are listed down whatever is configured by admin.
